Job Description

Location: Remote (Dallas, TX-based – periodic in-person meetings required)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Senior Leadership

Direct Reports: Two Marketing Team Members

POSITION OVERVIEW:

A growing, multi-location healthcare services organization is seeking a seasoned and driven Marketing Manager to lead all marketing operations across multiple locations. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role requiring an individual who brings both strategic vision and executional rigor.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, multi-brand environment and is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves. You will own the full marketing function, manage two direct reports, and serve as the primary marketing leader across a complex organization — interfacing with operations leadership and executive stakeholders. Experience in healthcare or multi-location services is a strong plus.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage two marketing team members, setting clear priorities, deliverables, and performance expectations
  • Build and execute a unified marketing strategy across multiple uniquely branded locations, balancing individual identity with overarching brand standards
  • Own all marketing channels end-to-end: digital, social media, email, content, paid media, and public relations
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and performance tracking
  • Conduct market and competitive research to inform positioning and messaging
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and customer-facing teams to align marketing with business goals
  • Serve as brand steward, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all marketing materials
  • Present clear, data-driven performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Manage and evolve marketing calendars, campaign pipelines, and workflows

WHO YOU ARE:

This role requires more than marketing expertise; it requires leadership presence and strong interpersonal intelligence.

  • Confident communicator who can effectively engage with senior leadership and field teams
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, able to bring structure to a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable navigating complex organizational dynamics
  • Resilient, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Collaborative and relationship-driven
  • High standards for performance and accountability, both personally and for your team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or senior role
  • Experience managing direct reports and driving team performance
  • Proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing strategies from concept through analysis
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and analytics tools
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment

Note: This is a remote role with required in-person meetings in the Dallas area on a regular basis.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or multi-location service organizations
  • Familiarity with multi-brand or franchise-style environments
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike, or similar)
  • Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
  • Understanding of industry-specific marketing strategies for local business growth

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Competitive compensation with performance-based bonus potential
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision)
  • High-impact role with visibility to senior leadership
  • Fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement
