This powerful, lightweight and handy Alpina ACS 180 E (14 inch) chainsaw is equipped with a 35 cm long cutting bar and a 1800 W electric motor. It is suitable for wood cutting work such as cutting logs for stoves and fireplaces. It is safe, easy and practical to use and weighs 5.4 kg. It has a double handle: the front handle can be gripped in two ways: top for vertical cuts and side for horizontal cuts. The oil pump is automatic and has a reservoir with viewing window for quick control of the oil level. The chain brake has a double effect: manual and inertia. The 3/8 inch .050 inch chain has a speed of 10 m/s. The chain oil tank has a capacity of 0.18 litres and the chain tension is carried out on the side by a practical wheel system.
