This role will require 30% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

• Key Area of Responsibility: Conduction System Pacing Product Strategy
• Lead & Catheter Innovation: Oversee the strategic roadmap for specialized CSP hardware, ensuring leads and delivery systems meet the rigorous demands of physiologic pacing. Drive next-gen improvements in our ability to achieve physiologic pacing with transvenous systems.
• Ecosystem & Inorganic Growth: Evaluate the "total procedure," identifying gaps in our portfolio that could be filled through internal ecosystem technology, third-party collaborations, or strategic acquisitions.
• Focus: Mapping technologies, digital health integration, and procedural adjacencies.
• Business Analytics: Be a data-driven strategist, capable of building complex market models that project the shift from traditional pacing to CSP through NPV analysis and market share modeling.
• Cross-Functional Command: Operate across businesses in the CSP category, working independently across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Sales to ensure a unified global strategy.
• Physician Feedback: Have the clinical curiosity and independent thought required to receive direct feedback from world-class electrophysiologists and translate that friction into innovation.
• Masterful Storytelling and Buy-in: Communicate complex hemodynamics of CSP into a compelling narrative. Synthesize complex information and communicate it in a way that compels action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 7 years of marketing/upstream strategy experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
