job summary:
Analytical Engineer opportunity near the Garden City, NY area for a direct hire role. This position is ideal for a BSME professional with 2 to 5 or more years of experience in thermal analysis and heat transfer, ideally in the aerospace or a similar industry. Relocation assistance is available via a sign-on bonus for this rewarding position.

responsibilities:

• Size and conceptually design heat exchangers and heat transfer components to fulfill customer requirements.

• Perform critical thermal and structural analyses of complex aerospace hardware using hand calculations, in-house software, and commercial analysis packages.

• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure manufacturability, quality, and compliance with heat exchanger requirements.

• Compile and present technical results while generating comprehensive reviews and engineering documentation to support proposals and new product initiatives.

• Support the disposition of technical issues that occur during manufacturing and facilitate customer reviews.
