Job Title: Systems Testing QA Specialist - Junior

Description / Responsibilities / Skills

Must Have

Hands-on experience supporting testing activities within Microsoft Power Apps environments

Experience working in Agile projects using Azure DevOps or JIRA

Hands-on experience using Postman for API testing

Experience contributing to QA documentation, test execution reporting, and test artifacts

Description

Responsibilities

• Provide testing strategy input, test plans and tool selection guidance
• Plan and organize testing efforts across GUI and non-GUI systems
• Develop and execute test plans, test scripts and test cases
• Execute functional, integration, system and regression testing
• Validate system behavior under various conditions
• Identify, track and manage defects using ALM, JIRA, Bugzilla and Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects
• Develop automated and API test scripts using Selenium and Postman
• Support CI CD and automated testing processes
• Conduct performance, stress and load testing
• Ensure AODA compliance and accessibility testing
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with teams
• Maintain test documentation, metrics and reports
• Support user manuals and release documentation
• Ensure adherence to QA standards and regulatory requirements

• Experience in planning and executing testing activities
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies
• Experience with CASE tools and query tools
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools
• Experience executing functional and non-functional testing
• Experience supporting UAT

• Ability to write SQL queries for backend validation

• Experience testing COTS applications such as Curam, Siebel or Oracle EBS

• Experience identifying defects and root cause analysis
• Experience managing test execution and reporting
• Experience conducting performance monitoring and system validation
