About the Role
We are hiring Supply Chain Analysts on behalf of a global manufacturing and healthcare solutions organization that operates complex domestic and international supply networks. This role supports end-to-end supply chain operations, including intercompany order management, inventory coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working within structured processes in a regulated, fast-paced environment. Job Description
The Supply Chain Analyst supports intercompany and international supply chain operations by managing orders, resolving exceptions, and providing reporting across planning, inventory, and financial functions. This role follows established procedures under general guidance and works independently on day-to-day tasks while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate effectively within structured systems and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing intercompany orders, including international transactions between internal plants and distribution centers
  • Performing order entry, responding to inquiries, and processing change requests and exceptions
  • Investigating order status, resolving shipment discrepancies, and addressing back-order situations
  • Managing and supporting reporting for demand planning, order management, inventory management, and financial tracking
  • Following defined procedures across supply chain disciplines such as supply planning, warehousing, transportation, inventory/materials control, and import/export
  • Utilizing tracking systems to monitor progress and report results
  • Working independently on assigned priorities while sharing best practices and functional knowledge within the team
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support business operations
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field OR equivalent years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain principles, including supply planning, warehousing, transportation, inventory/materials control, and import/export.
  • Experience using enterprise systems and tools such as SAP ERP, JDA, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to clearly speak, read, and write in English for effective verbal and written communication.
  • Strong attention to detail with basic analytical skills to interpret data, assess variables, and evaluate alternative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently within defined procedures and meet operational deadlines.
Preferred
  • Prior experience supporting intercompany or international order management.
  • Experience with demand, inventory, or financial reporting in a supply chain environment.
  • Familiarity working within large, matrixed, or regulated organizations.
