Role Description

This role will lead site conversion and funnel testing across our portfolio of DTC wellness brands.

This is a hands-on, player-coach role. You'll personally own testing on PDPs, checkout, and subscription flows, while building a small team to run the landing page optimization program. You'll report into our Growth function and work closely with Performance Creative, Analytics, and Development teams.

What you'll own

• Direct ownership of PDPs, checkout, and subscription flows.
• Personally design tests, drive execution, and surface learnings across these high-leverage surfaces.
• Leading the landing page testing program, setting prioritization, raising the bar on quality, and ensuring LP learnings reinforce the broader funnel work.
• Ensuring tests across the program are well-designed, statistically sound, and learning-oriented — not just velocity for its own sake.
• Reporting on test results, win rates, and funnel performance trends in a way that drives decisions.
• Designing how AI tooling improves site testing from variant generation to analysis to operational throughput.
• Managing and developing the LP Testing team, setting standards, raising the bar on test quality, and helping the team grow.

Qualifications

• DTC CRO experience with high-volume site testing programs at a DTC brand.
• Fluent across LP, PDP, checkout, and subscription flow optimization.
• Player-coach mindset, comfortable doing the work and leading a small team.
• Strong analytical instincts with funnel data and test statistics.
• Systems thinking at the program level for scalable testing programs.
• AI fluency at the workflow level, designing AI-enabled workflows.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Performance Creative, and Development.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Strong backgrounds include:
• CRO leads at scaled DTC brands.
• Site optimization specialists from high-growth consumer companies.
• Growth marketing managers with deep testing backgrounds.
• Experience managing junior testers or analysts.
• Familiarity with site testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Intelligems, etc.).

Preferred, but not required

• Experience in supplements, wellness, beauty, or consumer subscription businesses.
• Familiarity with subscription DTC funnels.
