Essential functions: • Perform & complete hydraulic and electrical trouble shooting • Repair of molding machines, supporting equipment and facility repair • Installation of new assets, electric, plumbing & mechanical along with building & auxiliary equipment repairs • Complete preventative maintenance of assigned functions • Maintain Assembly production equipment on a daily basis to ensure they are running to optimum performance. • Train, instruct and audit operators on proper machine operation based on Standard Work Procedure. • Communicate real time status of Assembly operations with Team Leader throughout the shift. • Record all task and issues during shift on a production report via log book and IQMS reports • Maintain machines and associate equipment in optimum condition • Make necessary and/ or routine machine adjustments and to repair equipment in an effort to provide continuous production • Responsible for knowing how to operate all machines and equipment in order to understand their function and repair them • Responsible for knowing and identifying all different styles of caps, jars and their codes(i.e. S, RS, RM, RMX) • Responsible for making tooling changes (size) within a reasonable amount of time • Performs other duties as assigned by immediate management.

• Full Time Starting Salary: $30-32 per hour Hours
• Overtime: Available, but not promised. Paid at time & half.
• Workweek: Rotating schedule. One week 3 days the other week 4 days. Off every other weekend.
• Shifts: These workers appointed to work the night shift from 7 pm to 7 am.
• Rotating schedule. One week 3 days the other week 4 days. 12 hour shifts. Off duty every other weekend
• Shift premium? The night shift pays $2.00 premium on top of the salary.
• Can they work extra days? Yes if approved
• Will they work on weekends? Every other
• Payment Days: Every Thursdays
• Payment Type: Direct Deposit or Check Rest
• Breaks: 3 - 15mins and 1 30 minute lunch

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS Experience required? Yes, 3-5 years industrial activities Criminal Background Check? Yes, must provide during recruitment process and before departure from place of recruitment. Processed by thge recruitment company. Drug Test? Yes, panel 9. If a worker tests positive for cannabis is it acceptable? Yes English Level Requirement: Basic, able to communicate and read. Must attend the job training? Yes, On the job training starts once they are hired Must attend safety meetings? Yes Drivers license required: No Physical requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs on occasion or frequently.

Which airport are the workers arriving at? Newark, NJ Travel Food Expense Covered? Employer will provide a reimbursement for up to $40 USD for the day of the trip. Worker must save and turn in receipts. No alcoholic beverages will be covered. Meal upon arrival?: Yes. Grocery Stipend Upon Arrival? Yes, some groceries will be provided in a one time ocasión.

HOUSING Housing Type Available: Employer may assist, or not, the worker in securing housing. Worker should secure own housing before arrival to the place of employment. Websites such as Zillow, Craigslist, or Marketplace could be helpful.

STANDARD EXPENSES THE COMPANY MAY REIMBURSE 1. Transportation from their home town to the USA Consulate CBP such as flights, bus tickets, tolls, gas receipts, etc. Yes, once the Visa is approved Receipt required. 2. Hotel night previous to each one of their 2 appointments: Yes, once the Visa is approved Receipt required. 3. Meals during their trips to the Consulate/Embassy: Yes, once the Visa is approved Receipt required. 4. Transportation to arrive from their hometown to the airport and meals during that day: Meals during the day they fly to the place of employment: Yes, once the Visa is approved Receipt required. 5. Consular processing fee ($185 USD at this point): Yes, once the Visa is approved Receipt required. 6. Reciprocity Fee ($382 at this point for a 4 year Visa). This fee is only paid by the worker if the Visa is approved: Yes, once the Visa is approved. Receipt required.
