Available Benefits of Employment * Highly Competitive Compensation * Health Coverage * Dental Coverage * Vision Coverage * Group Life * Short / Long Term Disability * 401K * Paid Vacation Responsibilities * Communication with customers on parts status * Communication with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner * Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts * Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information * Reviews body shop estimates to be sure the parts that ordered are correct and pricing is in line with the estimate * Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary * Making sure all internal requests for parts are billed on a service repair order * Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership * Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department * Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time, and completing the appropriate record keeping. * Referring to parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced. * Advise customer on substitution or modification of part when replacement is not available. Requirements * Previous Automotive Parts Counter experience required

• CDK experience preferred
• Previous experience with Volvo brand preferred not required
• Able to work a flexible schedule that consists of a 5 day work week
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred not required
