Job Description

About Rapsodo

Rapsodo is a global sports technology company with offices across Singapore, the United States, Türkiye, Japan, and Malaysia. Trusted by professional teams, elite athletes, coaches, and academies worldwide, our connected hardware, software, and data analytics help athletes improve performance through real-time insights.

As we continue to grow globally, we are evolving into a more commercially driven, data-informed business where operational excellence, disciplined execution, and AI-enabled decision-making are as important as product innovation. We are looking for curious, analytical, and ambitious individuals who want to contribute, learn, and grow alongside an experienced leadership team.

The Opportunity

This is a 12-month contract role designed for high-potential professionals seeking accelerated exposure to commercial strategy, business operations, and executive decision-making within a fast-growing global technology company.

Working alongside the General Manager, North America, you will contribute to strategic initiatives that improve business performance, strengthen operational execution, and support commercial growth across one of Rapsodo's largest markets.

You'll gain hands-on experience working across multiple business functions, develop a deeper understanding of how a global business operates, and build the commercial, analytical, and leadership capabilities that will accelerate your career.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the General Manager, North America, to support strategic initiatives and key business priorities.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research, translating findings into practical insights that support business planning and decision-making.
  • Analyse operational, commercial, and financial performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare business cases, financial analyses, executive presentations, and reports that support strategic discussions and business decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Operations, helping ensure initiatives remain aligned and on schedule.
  • Support the evaluation of new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives through structured research and analysis.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and professional communications for senior leadership.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, business modelling, content development, and productivity while continuously identifying smarter ways of working.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and business best practices, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.

What We're Looking For

  • MBA candidate or recent MBA graduate from a reputable university.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another quantitative discipline preferred.
  • Approximately 4–6 years of professional experience in engineering, consulting, strategy, business operations, project management, finance, or business analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop practical business recommendations.
  • Commercial curiosity and a genuine interest in understanding how businesses grow, compete, and operate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • AI Fluency

AI is transforming the way businesses operate, and we believe it should be embedded in how work gets done. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, deepen analysis, enhance the quality of their work, and improve productivity. Curiosity, experimentation, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential.

This is more than a 12-month contract. It's an opportunity to build the skills, experience, and commercial perspective that will shape the next stage of your career.
