Role Description
As an Account Director, you’ll be responsible for working with clients in the e-Commerce space. A successful candidate will have a broad and varied background with hands-on experience across many digital marketing channels and tools. This role will work to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned, and earned channels.

- Spearhead service expansions, manage media, craft testing roadmaps, and lead tactical pivots when necessary.

Responsibilities
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department.
- Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews — diagnose growth constraints across Business, Audience, Product, Messaging, Channels, and Measurement.
- Own the senior client relationship; QBRs need to translate multi-touch attribution complexity into actionable decisions.
- Build multi-threaded relationships to mitigate account risk from client departures.
- Consult on full-funnel strategy: how awareness, consideration, and conversion channels interact.
- Coordinate paid, SEO, content, email, and creative teams around a unified account strategy.
- Manage retention and expansion; lead renewals; grow MRR.
- Work in Iris and nova daily; flag issues before clients see them.
- Manage and develop 1–2 direct reports; run regular 1:1s, build development plans, and own performance reviews.
- Coach analysts and specialists; give direct feedback.
- Keep Pulse cadence at 100%.
Requirements
- 6+ years in marketing for high-AOV consumer goods — agency or brand side.
- Understands the economics of considered purchases: longer CAC payback windows, higher LTV ceilings, and implications for media investment decisions.
- Fluent in upper-funnel channel strategy — content, SEO, YouTube, programmatic.
- Comfortable with measurement complexity: multi-touch attribution limitations, view-through attribution, and when to use MMM.
- Experience with brands where creative quality and storytelling are a competitive differentiator.
- Track record of retaining and growing accounts.
- Experience managing clients with long sales cycles and structuring reporting around leading indicators.
