This role is particularly suited to professionals currently working as Learning and Development Manager, Leadership Development Specialist, Talent Development Specialist, or Training and Development Specialist , or those with experience in corporate training, leadership coaching, HR development, or learning consulting.

Who This Role Is Best Suited To

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in learning and development, leadership development, talent development, training, coaching, consulting, or education

This position operates as an Independent Business Consultant , providing a high degree of flexibility and autonomy while leveraging your expertise in leadership and learning development.
