What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair residential & light commercial HVAC system.
• Provide top-notch customer service while solving complex system issue.
• Perform high-level maintenance and tune-ups for performance & longevity.
• Educate clients on system care, efficiency, and service option.
• Document service visits with digital tools for accuracy.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in HVAC diagnostics, repair & service.
• Strong troubleshooting skills & technical knowledge.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred.
• Clean & valid Florida driver’s license.
• Own quality tools—and know how to use them.
• Respect for the craft, the team, and the customer.
• Must pass background & drug screening.
