Our client, a full-service hotel near LaGuardia Airport, is seeking experienced Line Cooks and Banquet Cooks to join their culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for cooks who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking to grow within hospitality.
• Prepare proteins, sauces, soups, and additional menu components for service
• Assist with station setup, portion preparation, and line execution
• Support kitchen production and employee cafeteria operations as needed
• Collaborate with the culinary team during high-volume service periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with Department of Health standards
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Assist with general kitchen production and other duties as assigned
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook in hospitality, restaurants, catering, events, or similar environments
• Experience with both hot and cold food preparation
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and cleanliness
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Weekend flexibility required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
