Handyman / Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Do

• Perform general home maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.)
• Complete routine and seasonal maintenance services for residential properties
• Assist with remodeling and improvement projects as needed
• Diagnose issues and provide effective, timely solutions
• Maintain records of repairs, replacements, and service history
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients regarding work performed

What You Bring

• Previous handyman, maintenance, or construction experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of basic trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for company vehicle use)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Professional attitude with customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
