A highly successful, single-specialty Gastroenterology group in Lufkin is seeking two General Gastroenterologists (ERCP welcome but not required) to join their thriving, high-volume practice. This is a rare opportunity to step into immediate demand with a clear path to ownership and exceptional earning potential.
Position Highlights
Partnership track with ownership in both the practice and ASC within one year
Base salary of $650K + productivity bonuses (realistic earning potential $1M+)
$50K sign-on bonus
Established referral network serving a population of 100,000+
