Full-Time Photographer/Videographer – ORLANDO, FLORIDA (Long-Term Role)
Stokes Creative Group is seeking an experienced, full-time Photographer/Videographer based in the Orlando, FL area to join our in-house production team. This is a long-term opportunity for a seasoned creative professional to support a diverse and growing client base across transportation, infrastructure, and related markets.
We are looking for someone who combines a strong creative vision with solid technical skills, works well under minimal supervision, and takes ownership of projects from planning through delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality photography and HD video on location across the Baltimore region and surrounding areas.
Operate professional cameras and related production equipment with confidence and consistency.
Log, organize, and prepare footage and imagery for post-production.
Collaborate with our internal creative and account teams, incorporating direction while contributing your own ideas.
Maintain a high standard of visual storytelling, composition, and brand consistency on every assignment.
Minimum 2+ years of professional field production experience as a photographer and/or videographer.
Proven experience with camera operation and shooting HD video in real-world environments.
Familiarity with editing software (Final Cut Pro/Final Cut Pro X or similar) strongly preferred.
Strong creative eye, excellent composition, and extreme attention to detail.
Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness and ability to travel on short notice and work extended hours and/or weekends as needed.
Reliable personal transportation required.
Ownership of professional-level equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
Must be able to provide a comprehensive portfolio/reel showcasing photography and videography work.
Must be able to pass a background check.
