Job Description

As the Executive Assistant at this established professional services firm, you will serve as a trusted right hand to the founders while helping to keep both business operations and select personal matters running seamlessly. This role blends high-level executive support with hands-on coordination, offering the opportunity to manage impactful projects, oversee complex logistics, and become an integral part of a collaborative and fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, and adaptable with a strong service mindset and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. If you enjoy variety in your day, thrive in a support-focused role, and value long-term stability within a professional organization, this could be an excellent next step.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, meetings, appointments, and events across multiple locations for both professional and personal commitments.
  • Plan and book seamless travel itineraries for business and personal needs, including ground transportation, events, and accommodations.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare polished correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and materials related to business operations and special projects.
  • Assist with invoicing, investment-related processing, expense tracking, and administrative coordination to support day-to-day business functions.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between leadership, internal staff, vendors, and external partners while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
  • Support firm events and execute special projects with professionalism and follow-through.
  • Provide personal assistant support, including errands, purchases, household coordination, and calendar management.
  • Anticipate executive needs, proactively problem-solve, and ensure all moving pieces remain organized and on track.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • A dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day brings something new and opportunities to grow.
  • Competitive compensation and fully paid healthcare, dental, and vision packages.
  • A friendly, collaborative, and supportive team culture that values initiative and reliability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • EA Experience. You bring a minimum of two years of Executive Assistant experience in a corporate, professional environment. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Interpersonal skills. You communicate professionally and confidently while building strong working relationships across teams and with external contacts.
  • You have great attention to detail and always double check your work.
  • You’re energetic, eager to contribute, and constantly seeking ways to improve processes.
  • On the go. You have access to a car and can accommodate time-sensitive personal requests as needed.
  • You understand the fast-paced nature of executive support and are comfortable providing responsive assistance outside of standard business hours when priorities shift or urgent needs arise.

The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
