Summary

We're looking for someone like you to join our team. As our Event Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our presence at trade shows. From pre-planning to post-show follow-up, you'll be at the forefront of our brand's success. Here's what we're looking for:

Responsibilities

· Own assigned trade shows and ensure all tasks are completed by deadlines.

· Help manage end-to-end logistics, pre and post-marketing support, event set-up and teardown in addition to overseeing trade show inventory and booth assets.

· Represent at trade shows and other activities as needed.

· Track, measure, and report our standard metrics across event marketing efforts.

· Perform general administrative tasks to support team goals and objectives.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure event success.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of trade show or event marketing experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail, project management, and organization skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Owner mentality; willing to jump in and help with special projects.
• Sense of urgency and ability to deliver results in tight timeline.
• Proven track record of successful event planning and execution.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to work in the office 2x per week.
• Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, and Asana a plus.
