Job Description

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Engineering and be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure, tools, and processes that power our platform at scale.

You will work closely with the Software Engineers and the Product team to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure. You'll own our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and observability stack — and play a key role in shaping how we build and ship software.

What you will do

  • Design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure.
  • Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters, Helm deployments, and GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable deployments.
  • Monitor system health and respond to incidents.
  • Manage data pipelines and database infrastructure (Aurora, Snowflake, CDC pipelines).
  • Partner with the Director of Engineering to define and execute infrastructure strategy.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.

About you

  • 2+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or an Infrastructure Engineering role.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with ArgoCD, GitOps principles, and Crossplane.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and solid scripting skills in Bash and Python.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data infrastructure (Snowflake, CDC pipelines, Aurora).
  • Experience deploying and managing AI agents in production environments.
  • Cloud cost optimization experience.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
