Position: Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Jonesbororealtycompany. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our company's database and systems. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data into our company's database and systems
- Verify data accuracy and correct any errors or discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Communicate with team members to ensure data is accurate and up to date
- Perform data entry tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
