Front Desk Representative – SAP Experience Required

Position: Front Desk Representative
Location:Union City, CA 

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule:Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Compensation:$24/hr. + Benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Representative with hands-on SAP experience. This role blends administrative support, customer service, and data accuracy. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and employees while also supporting operational tasks within SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional manner
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
• Enter, update, and maintain data in SAP (such as orders, inventory, scheduling, or service tickets depending on your industry)
• Generate SAP reports and assist with basic system navigation for team members
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor access
• Maintain front office organization, supplies, and documentation
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and recordkeeping
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely information flow

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Representative, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant
• SAP experience required (specify module if needed: SAP MM, SD, HR, etc.)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Experience in front desk customer service
• Familiarity with visitor management systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
