Imperium Chiropractic has an immediate opening for a Doctor of Chiropractic to take over an active patient base in Superior, WI while continuing to grow and build the practice.

You will work alongside an experienced team who will help assist you in reaching your employee-to-ownership goal.

You will be compensated 33% of collections.

What you’ll be doing-Years 1 & 2:

• Building deep roots and trust with our existing patients.
• Actively expanding the clinic’s patient volume.
• Positioning yourself as a leader in the local community.
• Mastering our proven systems that make a practice sustainable.
• Working the phased transition plan from employee to owner, with milestones and valuation clearly defined from day one.
• Post sale support

• New clinic established in Superior, WI for 5 years
• Family practice treating patients of all ages
• 77% Insurance/23% cash
• Primary adjusting technique: Diversified
• Focused entirely on results-driven care without the pressure of upselling or long-term financial commitments

Skills you’ll need:

• WI license (or ability to obtain)
• Exceptional manual adjusting skills with the physical stamina to manage a busy patient base, combined with proficiency in taking, reading, and utilizing digital X-rays to guide clinical decisions.
• The ability to clearly articulate, educate and connect with patients.
• High emotional intelligence and resilience; the ability to handle high-stress situations with solutions, not excuses.
• Coachable, self-motivated, and consistent in follow-through.
• Dependable-you don’t need to be chased down to deliver work.
• An open mind to feedback and guidance and a team spirit – you’re willing to pitch in and help other team members as needed.
• Proficiency preferred in ChiroTouch and Microsoft Suite of programs.
