The ideal candidate will oversee the car detailing department, ensuring vehicles are cleaned and prepped to the highest standards, enhancing the overall customer experience and supporting dealership operations. Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the car detailing department.
• Supervise and train detailing staff to maintain consistency and quality.
• Ensure vehicles are detailed to meet company standards before delivery or display.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order materials as needed.
• Coordinate with sales and service departments to prioritize detailing schedules.
• Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in car detailing or automotive cleaning management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
