Job Purpose

What you will do...

• Manage the branchs daily general functions such asvehicles petty cash billing etc
• Assist the Branch Manager with payroll employee files benefit enrollments new hire paperwork
• Responsible for ordering parts meeting the needs and commitments to customers and Service Department as well as accurate inventory accounting.
• Other administrative duties as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong background in basic accounting
• Previousexperience with construction parts/equipment an asset
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal skills
• 2-3 years experience inrelated field focused on AP/Invoice processing
• Valid Class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract

• A/P & clerical administrative skills
• Customer service skills

Pay Range: $23 - $26 per hour
