Description Welcome to Gossett Kia Hyundai South. We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our sales department and ensuring its success. Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our sales team towards achieving sales targets and objectives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Manage and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and productivity
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes and techniques
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
