We need a game-ready 3D cabin interior of a bush plane (DHC-2 Beaver preferred, Cessna 208 Caravan acceptable) for use as the lobby environment in a Unity VR fishing game. Target platform is the PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise headset.
Players spawn already seated inside the cabin, vote on a fishing destination, and the scene transitions to gameplay. The exterior of the plane is NEVER seen — deliverable is INTERIOR ONLY.
REQUIRED DELIVERABLES
- 6 passenger seats + 1 pilot seat (correct layout for chosen aircraft)
- Modeled cockpit dashboard (visual only, no interactivity)
- 4 side windows + 1 windshield, each with separate transparent geometry
- Cabin walls, floor, ceiling
- 3 flat "voting tile" quad surfaces (~0.5m × 0.7m) at forward bulkhead
TECHNICAL SPEC
- Tri-count budget: 15,000-25,000 total (game-ready, NOT render-quality)
- Format: FBX with embedded PBR textures, 2K maps
- Engine: Unity 6 + Universal Render Pipeline (URP)
- Real-world meter scale, seated VR eye height 1.65m
- Separate meshes with functional naming (Seat_Passenger_01-06, Window_Side_01-04, Dashboard, etc.) — full naming spec provided after hire
- License: royalty-free, commercial use, perpetual, transferable
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
- Imports into Unity 6 with no broken materials and no console errors
- Tri-count within budget (verified at Unity import)
- PBR textures render correctly in URP without manual fixup
- Window geometry is separable for runtime masking

This is for Fishing Adventure, a multiplayer VR fishing game built by Noetic Storm LLC for the PortalPod Arena platform — a family-entertainment-center VR product. Target launch: IAAPA Expo 2026 (Orlando, November 2026).
